We are currently Principle Contractor for an 80,000 square foot extension including a new warehouse, recycling facilities, workshops and canteen for Senator International at their Huncoat Industrial Estate premises.
The work will also see improved access from Whinney Hill Road, improved access onto Newhouse Road and landscaping completed. Work should be completed at the plant by April 2017.
We were Principle Contractor for the recent redevelopment of a large equestrian centre HAPPA including the planning and building of a two storey conference and education block, an office, stables, an isolation block for horses a riding arena, a new access road, car park, children’s play area and a cafe/restaurant.
We are the chosen contractor for building new KFC restaurants in the North West area, including all concreting and ground work. In addition to our existing portfolio of KFC restaurants, we will building another new restaurant in 2017.
